How it Works

You tell us the cause you are raising funds for, and we’ll work with you to make it a successful and FUN event.  Stellar Lanes offers the following ideas to help make your fundraising successful:

Sponsor a Lane

You can sell bowling lanes to businesses and have their name attached to the lane for the day.  For example, if company  ABC sponsors a lane for $200.00, their company  name would be hung from the lane.

Pledge Forms

Participants fill up pledge forms for bowling.  Prizes can be based on amount of $ pledged, for example if a participant fills a form for $100.00, they receive a t-shirt or a meal at a local restaurant if $500.00 is pledged.

Silent Auction

Collect items from local businesses or donations from clients, and let the fundraiser participants outbid each other to win their desired items. Examples of auction items are restaurant certificates, sport team tickets, articles of clothing, art work, various gift certificates etc. 

Bingo Bowl

The object of this game is to be the first team to clear your card using the 5 Pin bowling format.  This game sets up some friendly competition between your attendees.  You can have prizes for different game types, to make it more exciting.  You sell lanes to generate money collected for your fundraising cause.

50/50 Draws

Sell tickets throughout the event, and half the money collected goes as the prize, and half goes to the fundraising cause.

50/50 Bowling Event

Set a price for event admission, and half or more goes to the fundraising event.  For example, if the ticket sells for $30.00 it would include bowling for 1 person for 1 hour, shoe rental and 1 drink ticket.  $15.00 would go directly towards your event cause.

We will work with you to ensure the scope and time of the activity fits your needs.  Your event will be customized to your expectations, and will result in a memorable celebration.

Pricing

Each event will be customized to your specific requirements.  Our pricing starts at $10.00 pp based on bowling only, for 1 hour including shoe rental.  There is a minimum charge of 10 people. Please or telephone us 905-853-6287 so we can work on your needs together.
